I can no longer access any books I bought on the app. This equates to theft and neither Vogue Knitting nor the iTunes App Store are doing anything about it. There isn’t isn’t a way to log in or contact support. Those links don’t work.

I purchased all magazines and books for years. Then they upgrade the apps and all is lost and I can’t get them back. No information on who to contact or what to do. A complete sham. I have unsubscribed and recommend anyone from purchasing these apps from Vogue Knitting.

I purchased numerous books through this app some time ago & now have access to none of them. The app does not let you login. It does not let you register either. The app does not work at all. It is ridiculous to keep allowing this app to be in the App Store when it does not work AT ALL. What a waste of over $100 in book purchases.

Cannot retrieve or find any of my purchases ...absolute rip off

I have bought all the books available from SoHo, including the ones published on the app magazine, back in 2011. When the book app was created, it took them months to restore my purchases. I tried opening the app again last week, in the hope it was working, to find I can’t even try to restore my purchases. I tried contacting them, but it was in vain. The company attitude towards this matter is not only illegal, but immoral. I won’t purchase anything from them anymore or refer them to anyone. What a way to damage what was once a respectable brand.

Terrible! I upgraded my phone and was unable to regain my apps. After downloading the app. again, I was hoping to restore all of my past purchases but I’m not even allowed to log in or register.

This app should not be used. I cannot get access to the books I’ve purchased. Am going to seek a remedy through my credit card company. I cannot get help from Vogue or Apple. Apple says it’s Vogue’s problem. Vogue does not reply to emails.

I had a very old version of this app and tried to update it. Now I can’t see any of my owned magazines, in fact it seems to demand a subscription just to look at anything. I had 3 of the Crochet issues which haven’t been produced in a long time. I don’t know how to knit

Something has changed over the past year. I can no longer log in to the app. And all the issues that I’ve purchased digitally are gone. I can’t find the subscription number because the Magazines I’ve bought throughout the years were in plastic and so the numbers went in the trash. I haven’t used the paper mailings because I resubscribed via the Internet. So here we are I can’t understand how SoHo has lost all evidence of my past dealings with them...

I originally purchased two books on the Vogue Knitting app, and now I can't open them in either app. That was money wasted. Vogue Knitting Books app keeps crashing.

App does not work on iPad iOS 6. Will not take login password and when you try to do a password reset it doesn't know who you are. Useless....

All this app does is crash since I upgraded to iOS 6

This application is very difficult to use without going through some circular hoops. The link for the "free books" doesn't work without going through an elaborate ITunes series of requests. Even then, it is difficult to get back to whatever was promised.

I bought some of the books available in this app thru Vogue knitting magazine in news stand. I'd like to be able to download those books through my account and keep them in the Vogue knitting books app. Why can't I just log into my account via the app and retrieve them?
